Preparation
- 1 package Chocolate Bliss Cake
- 2 packages Chocolate Ganache
- 2 organic eggs
- 2 ounces organic Neufchatel cheese
- 1/2 cup organic extra virgin coconut oil
- 3 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 cup hot, strong organic coffee
- 1 cup organic heavy cream
- 1/3 cup spring water
Instructions
First, prepare Chocolate Ganache according to package instructions. Refrigerate about 1 hour or until firm. Roll into 12 balls; refrigerate until needed. Preheat oven to 350 F. Prepare Chocolate Bliss Cake mix following package instructions. Pour mix into 12 prepared ramekins. Place 1 Chocolate Ganache Ball in the center of each ramekin. Bake 15-18 minutes; do not overbake. Remove from oven and allow to cool 5 minutes. Run a small sharp knife around the inside of each ramekin. Place a plate on top, invert and remove ramekin. Serve warm.
