You Will Need:
1 Better Bread Mix
8 egg whites (or 1 1/2 cups liquid egg whites)
2 Tbsp. organic apple cider vinegar
1 cup boiling water

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F and grease a baking sheet. Bring water to a rapid boil. In a medium bowl, combine the egg whites and apple cider vinegar. Add Better Bread Mix and beat on medium-low speed for 45 seconds to combine. Pour in the boiling water and blend on medium-low speed for 1 minute. The dough will thicken and come together. Divide the dough into balls (16 for dinner rolls, 8 for hoagie rolls, 2 for loaves). Shape the dough balls as desired and place on the greased baking sheet. Bake 45 minutes for dinner rolls, 1 hour for hoagie rolls and 1 hour 15 minutes for loaves.
