You Will Need

For the Rolls:
1 Sinless Cinnamon Roll Mix
1½ cups liquid egg whites (about 8 egg whites)
2 Tbsp. organic apple cider vinegar
4 Tbsp. coconut oil or butter, melted
⅓ cup boiling water

For the Cinnamon Filling:
2 Tbsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. sweetener of choice (erythritol and coconut sugar preferred)
2 Tbsp. coconut oil or butter, melted

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a 9” round cake pan and line with unbleached parchment. Whisk the ingredients for the cinnamon filling in a small bowl. In a medium bowl, whisk egg whites, melted butter or oil and apple cider vinegar. Add Sinless Cinnamon Roll Mix and beat with an electric mixer on medium for one minute. Add boiling water and mix until a loose dough forms. Scrape dough onto a piece of greased parchment. Grease your hands and flatten to a 10”x12” rectangle (about ½-inch thick). Spread cinnamon filling over the dough. Using the parchment paper, roll the cinnamon roll into a tight cylinder. Pinch the ends to seal. With a serrated knife, slice the dough into 9-12 rolls. Place into prepared pan. Transfer to oven and bake 50-55 minutes. Place pan on a wire rack to cool. To serve, brush with melted butter or top with sugar-free Vanilla Cream Glaze or Salted Caramel-Pecan Sauce (recipes on website).
