You Will Need:
Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
2 large organic egg yolks (room temperature)
¾ cup virgin coconut oil, macadamia nut oil or grass-fed butter (melted)
1 Tbsp. organic vanilla
1-2 Tbsp. organic molasses (optional, for a chewier cookie)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl, add the wet ingredients and blend on medium-high speed for 1 minute to thoroughly combine. Add Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix and blend on medium speed until dough comes together (about 1 minute). Transfer dough to freezer to chill for 15 minutes. Roll dough into golf-ball sized spheres (1 oz.) and place on cookie sheet 2-inches apart. Flatten dough to ½-inch thickness. Transfer to oven and bake for 10-15 minutes or until edges are just golden brown. Remove from oven and let cookies cool on pan for chewy texture.
