From scones and sandies… to biscotti, blondies, and butter cookies. There’s simply no limit to the cookie creations you can whip up using our basic” sugar” cookie mix.

Unlike other sugar cookie mixes, our sweet-and-buttery blend contains no trans fat and less than one gram of sugar per serving!

With just a few simple ingredients, you can whip up festive cut-out cookies, fat-and-chewy classic sugar cookies, crisp Italian biscotti, rich butter cookies and much, much more!

You Will Need:
1 “Sugar” Cookie Mix
2 large organic egg yolks (room temperature)
¾ cup virgin coconut oil, macadamia nut oil or grass-fed butter (melted)
1 Tbsp. organic vanilla
1 Tbsp. organic molasses (optional, recommended for chewy cookies)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl, add the wet ingredients and blend on medium-high speed for 1 minute to thoroughly combine. Add “Sugar” Cookie Mix and blend on medium speed until dough comes together (about 1 minute). Transfer dough to freezer to chill for 15 minutes. Roll dough into golf-ball sized spheres (1 oz.) and place on cookie sheet 2-inches apart. Flatten dough to ½-inch thickness. Transfer to oven and bake for 9-12 minutes or until edges are just golden brown. Remove from oven and let cookies cool on pan for chewy texture.
