You Will Need:
1 Paleo Pizza Crust Mix
2 tsp. active dry yeast
2 tsp. honey, maple syrup or coconut sugar
¼ cup water
1 pastured egg or “flax egg”*
1 Tbsp. avocado oil or extra virgin olive oil

Directions:
Heat water to 105-110 F. Stir in sweetener and yeast and let stand 5 minutes. Whisk the oil and egg (or “flax egg”) into the yeast mixture. In a medium bowl, add the Paleo Pizza Crust Mix. Slowly pour in the yeast mixture, stirring with a silicone spatula to form dough. Cover with a warm damp cloth and set in a warm spot for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 425 F. Place a pizza stone in the oven to preheat (optional, but produces best results). Place dough on a piece of parchment or on a pizza peel. Oil your hands and flatten dough into a circle of desired thickness and diameter. Carefully transfer to the preheated pizza stone. Bake 12-14 minutes to golden brown. Remove from oven. Add toppings and return to oven for desired time.

*NOTE: To create a “flax egg” combine 1 Tbsp. ground flax with 2½ Tbsp. water. Let stand 5 minutes.
