Low carb cinnamon rolls… that are soft, chewy and sweet? We’ve got you covered!
It’s practically impossible to visit a mall in America and not catch a drift of cinnamon rolls. Despite the perfume samples and candle shops, that sweet smell still manages to take center stage.
Gooey, warm, and bursting with buttery cinnamon…
However, those fragrant cinnamon rolls – tempting as they may be – are no friend to your health or your waistline. In fact, on average, one cinnamon roll packs a whopping 75 grams of sugar! Not to mention the bleached flour, trans fat and dozens of unpronounceable ingredients.
Hopefully, with this in mind, splurging on cinnamon rolls at the mall doesn’t sound so sweet.
And it’s also a good idea to can the canned cinnamon rolls too. It’s hard to miss those easy-to-pop cans. And hard to resist the simplicity of a quick morning meal for the whole family.
And while these bake-’em-yourself rolls usually clock in at half the calories of those you’ll find in the mall, they’re also full of sugar, grains, trans-fat and a long list of chemical ingredients.

Now, we’ll show you how (easily) it’s done!
Low Carb Cinnamon Rolls: The Simple Step-by-Step
First, preheat your oven to 350 F, grease a 9” cake pan and line with parchment, and gather the simple ingredients.
For the rolls, you’ll need 1 ½ cups egg whites (from a carton is fine), 4 Tbsp. grass-fed butter or coconut oil (melted), 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar, 1/3 cup boiling water, and of course, Sinless Cinnamon Rolls Mix.
Let’s start with the rolls. Add the 4 Tbsp. melted butter (or oil), egg whites and vinegar to a medium mixing bowl. Mix to combine.
Pour in the Sinless Cinnamon Rolls Mix and mix to incorporate.
Add the boiling water and mix again. You will notice the dough comes together and will be easy to work with.
Set aside while you combine the cinnamon filling ingredients.
Place a piece of wax paper or parchment on the counter. Lay the cinnamon roll dough on the paper and press or roll out to a 10 x 12 rectangle that is about ½ inch thick.
Spread on your cinnamon-gooey goodness in an even layer.
Using the parchment as a guide, roll the cinnamon roll dough into a tight cylinder and pinch the ends to seal.
Use a serrated knife to slice the dough into rolls (9-12 depending on how large you like them). Place into the prepared pan.
Transfer to oven to bake 50-55 minutes to golden.
