Whether a part of your weekend breakfast plans, or as a bonus treat for the little ones, our Sinless Cinnamon Rolls can adorn your table with just a few minutes of prep time and a little hands-on “baking therapy”.

Then, let your oven do the work while you practice your deep breathing (complete with cinnamon-scented aromatherapy!)

As your warm, golden cinnamon rolls emerge from the oven, top with a simple glaze. Then share and savor every sweet, salty, buttery bite of this layered treat… without a moment’s guilt.

You see, unlike the boxed, canned and mall varieties, our decadent cinnamon rolls feature natural ingredients… and contain less than 3 grams of sugar per gooey-chewy serving.

And instead of grain and sugar to create the signature fluff-and-chew cinnamon rolls are known for, we rely on a precise combination of heart-healthy almond and coconut flours, organic golden flaxseed and psyllium husk, plus our low-sugar sweetening blend to create a fluffy, sweet round that rivals the mall version.

With the option to prepare your low-carb cinnamon roll dough ahead of time and freeze, you can slice and bake for a weekend surprise that will rouse even the sleepiest of sleepyheads.

Now, we’ll show you how (easily) it’s done!

Low Carb Cinnamon Rolls: The Simple Step-by-Step

First, preheat your oven to 350 F, grease a 9” cake pan and line with parchment, and gather the simple ingredients.

For the rolls, you’ll need 1 ½ cups egg whites (from a carton is fine), 4 Tbsp. grass-fed butter or coconut oil (melted), 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar, 1/3 cup boiling water, and of course, Sinless Cinnamon Rolls Mix.

You’ll also need 2 Tbsp. cinnamon, 2 Tbsp. sweetener (Coconut Sugar and/or Erythritol) and 2 Tbsp. coconut oil or butter (melted) for the cinnamon layer.

Let’s start with the rolls. Add the 4 Tbsp. melted butter (or oil), egg whites and vinegar to a medium mixing bowl. Mix to combine.

Pour in the Sinless Cinnamon Rolls Mix and mix to incorporate.

Add the boiling water and mix again. You will notice the dough comes together and will be easy to work with.

Set aside while you combine the cinnamon filling ingredients.

Place a piece of wax paper or parchment on the counter. Lay the cinnamon roll dough on the paper and press or roll out to a 10 x 12 rectangle that is about ½ inch thick.

Spread on your cinnamon-gooey goodness in an even layer.

Using the parchment as a guide, roll the cinnamon roll dough into a tight cylinder and pinch the ends to seal.

Use a serrated knife to slice the dough into rolls (9-12 depending on how large you like them). Place into the prepared pan.

Transfer to oven to bake 50-55 minutes to golden.

Let cinnamon rolls cool on a wire rack. Top simply with melted butter, or whip up a quick Vanilla Cream Glaze or Salted Caramel Sauce.
