We use erythritol as the primary sweetener in our products. Erythritol is produced via fermentation process, from a substrate of non-GMO corn. The product is then crystalized to 99.5% purity. Many people who have an allergy or intolerance to corn, report no problems with erythritol. If you do have an allergy to corn, however, please consult your doctor before consuming erythritol.
